Be assured that we have taken the necessary steps to ensure that our products are properly protected during shipping and that we will continue to uphold our standards of excellence with this packaging change.

• Place your hand through the tape measure and pull the end until it fits comfortably on your wrist
• The number that lines up with the edge of the slit is your wrist size.
• If you don’t have a tape measure, use a small piece of ribbon or cord. Wrap it around your wrist and measure the length using a ruler.

Delivery times depend on your local postal service. You will receive your order within 1 - 3 business days.

Can I return a bracelet to STEEL & BARNETT?
If you have purchased or received a product directly from www.steelandbarnett.com and would like to return it, a refund can be issued within 30 days of purchase. Returned items must be in perfect and unused condition. To initiate a return, please send your item, in the original packaging, to us at:

The bracelet does not fit, what do I do?
The fastest way to receive a different size or another bracelet is to sent your order back for a refund and to order again through our online store.

BARNETT SHIPPING
Steel & Barnett orders are shipped and delivered on
business days (Monday - Friday - 8 AM - 5 PM CT). For security reasons, Steel & Barnett will not send any order to post
office boxes or military bases, nor will it accept any order when it is not
possible to identify the recipient of the order and its address.
2. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs will depend on the
shipping area and country of delivery and will be calculated and shown at

Steel & Barnett offers free shipping on some orders.
Free shipping may depend on the minimum order amount and the shipping zone.

from 8:00 AM to 5.00 PM CT (Orders are not processed on weekends and major holidays).

5. SHIPMENT
TRACKING
You will receive an email when your order has been processed, this will
include the tracking details of your order. Please make sure to track your item using the
tracking number we provide to you. We are not responsible for any lost or
stolen packages. If your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the
appropriate shipping company according to the tracking number, for further
assistance and information.
6. DELAYS
Steel & Barnett is not responsible for delays in
shipping or delivery, due to natural or uncontrollable events. Additionally, Steel & Barnett is not responsible for delays related to the
courier itself (such as customs clearance). Unfortunately, we do not have
control over these delays. Transit time does not include Saturday,
Sunday, or Holidays.
7. UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
If at
the time of delivery, the customer is not at the delivery address or if it is
not possible to deliver the package to any person in charge, the product must
be returned and extra charges may apply for shipping costs.
8. WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS
Steel &
Barnett will
not take charge, or make returns for lost or undelivered packages, for wrong
shipping addresses, please be sure to provide correct and accurate shipping
addresses, at the time of purchase.
9. SECURE
DELIVERY ADDRESS
Steel & Barnett recommends customers provide a secure
delivery address, for example your home or place of employment. Steel & Barnett is not responsible for packages lost or stolen due to
unsafe delivery addresses.
10. CUSTOMS TAX
Please
note that any extra costs related to import/customs tax are the responsibility
of the buyer. Please check your own countries policy on importing goods, as we
cannot provide this for you.
11. SHIPPING COMPLETED
Each
delivery is considered to have been made from the moment Steel & Barnett makes
the product available to the buyer, which is made possible by the control
system used by the courier company when the status of the order changes to “completed”
or “delivered".

Our Return Policy forms part of,

and Shipping Policy. We reserve the right to change this Return Policy at any

Only refunds are made,
once the product has reached its destination and has been received by the
buyer, no refunds are made for products that are in transit to be delivered or
have not yet been delivered.

1. RETURNS AND
REFUNDS
Customer satisfaction with our products
is important to us, so we make returns and refunds, if the customer is not
satisfied with our products. Purchases made on our website can be returned for
a refund within 14 days of the delivery date. If it has been 14 days

3. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
We do our best to avoid any damage or
defect in your products, however, if upon receipt of the product, it is
defective or damaged and you need to exchange the product for the same or need

cases we will assume the value of the shipment. In case you request a refund,
the value of the shipment will also be refunded.
